Experiences
Àmara, and the Oro Bar
Àmara, the restaurant
Twelve tables and a menu written at noon, once the boats are back. Chef Livia cooks what the sea decided; the garden fills in the rest. Dinner from eight, always by candlelight.
Oro Bar, brass hour
A copper counter, six stools, and one barman who remembers your drink from last year. The vermouth comes from a cellar under the bar.

La Fonte, the bathhouse
A spring runs beneath the house; we simply built around it. Steam room, cold plunge, and massages with oil pressed from our own olives. Book the whole bathhouse after nine, if you like.
The pool, seven to seven
Cut into the cliff edge and filled with filtered seawater, kept a few degrees warmer than the bay below. Espresso arrives without being asked.

Out with Tommaso
Our skipper knows every cove between here and the point, including a few that stay empty all August. Swim, nap, repeat. Lunch is in the hold.
A day, well spent
Swim first
The sea is calmest before breakfast. The 82 steps count as exercise.
Breakfast on the terrace
Ricotta still warm, figs from the garden, coffee from a moka pot.
Out on the water
Tommaso unties the boat. You will not check your phone once.
La Fonte
Steam, cold plunge, and an hour on the warm stone. Say nothing.
Brass hour at the Oro Bar
The light turns gold, the vermouth comes out, the day exhales.
Dinner at Àmara
Whatever the boats brought in. Trust Livia. Stay late.
